The American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) has released a Congressional Research Services Report that examines the surface transportation reauthorization bills developed by the U.S. Senate, the Moving Ahead for Progress in the 21st Century Act (S. 1813; MAP-21) and the U.S. House of Representatives, the American Energy and Infrastructure Jobs Act (H.R. 7).
