Presentation materials with notes which comprise Workshop #2 of the 2008 NEPPP Meeting on Spray Applied Polymer Surface Seals (i.e., Fog Seals). Workshop contents are based upon the FHWA and FP2 Best Practices study on Fog Seals completed late last year (2007).
