The Rocky Mountain West Pavement Preservation Partnership (RMWPPP) was established in 2010 through a joint initiative instituted by the American Association for State Highway Transportation Officials (AASHTO) and the FHWA. The RMWPPP initiative represents the fourth regional preservation partnership of its kind in the nation, and has been established between state and local agencies from the Rocky Mountain West Region, as well as private industry, academia, consultants, and the FHWA.
The RMWPPP’s Vision Statement, Mission Statement, and Objectives may be found in the Partnership’s By-Laws.
