Comprised of State and Provincial Departments of Transportation from the U.S. and Canada and representatives from private industry, the MPPP was the first partnership of its kind to be established for the furtherance of the practice of Pavement Preservation. The next meeting will be in Chicago, IL near the end of October or early November.
Initiated as a pooled-fund project, the Midwestern Pavement Preservation Partnership (MPPP) is currently funded through the AASHTO TSP2 program. This initiative represents the first preservation partnership of its kind in the nation, between state and local agencies, private industry, academia, consultants, and the FHWA.
The MPPP’s Vision Statement, Mission Statement, and Objectives may be found in the Partnership’s By-Laws.
