The Virginia Center for Transportation Innovation and Research has released a report that evaluates, compiles, and presents asphalt material properties in a format that can be readily used in the Guide for the Mechanistic-Empirical Design of New & Rehabilitated Pavement Structures (MEPDG) software and includes a comprehensive catalog of MEPDG design input parameters for pavement design in Virginia.
