TRB’s National Cooperative Highway Research Program (NCHRP) has issued a request for proposals to determine the key properties of foamed asphalt binders that significantly influence the performance of asphalt mixtures and to develop laboratory protocols for foaming of asphalt binders and laboratory mixing procedures. Proposals are due January 17, 2012.
