New MAP-21 Implementation Guidance Released by FHWA

The Federal Highway Administration this week released various interim guidance documents on MAP-21 implementation, covering everything from the National Highway Performance Program to the Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality Improvement Program to tolling.

The guidance covers various topics in the following categories: Infrastructure; Environment, Planning, and Realty; Safety; Operations; Innovative Program Delivery; and Federal Lands. A questions and answers page helps individuals get the answers to some of the questions that come up most often in dealing with MAP-21 implementation.
