Lee Road Preservation Study Unique to NCAT Research

Placement of pavement preservation treatments on a road close by the Pavement Test Track at the National Center for Asphalt Technology represents a unique research opportunity at NCAT.

The Pavement Test Track is a full-scale accelerated performance test facility managed by NCAT at Auburn University. The test track work is funded and directed by a multi-state research cooperative program in which construction, trafficking, and performance evaluations are carried out on 46 different 200-ft. test sections around a 1.7-mile oval test track.
