On March 24, 2015, the U.S. Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation’s Subcommittee on Surface Transportation, and Merchant Marine Infrastructure, Safety and Security held a hearing to consider performance-based regulations and management in transportation policy, especially in truck, hazardous materials, and pipeline safety.
