TRB’s National Cooperative Highway Research Program (NCHRP) has issued a request for proposals to develop a mechanistic-empirical model (and associated computational software) for considering the interaction between the concrete slab and underlying layer and its effect on pavement performance. Proposals are due by December 15, 2011.
