AASHTO Releases New Specifications for Structural Supports for Highway Signs, Luminaries, and Traffic Signals

The American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials has released the sixth edition of Standard Specifications for Structural Supports for Highway Signs, Luminaires, and Traffic Signals.

The specifications contained in this new edition are intended to serve as a standard and a guide for the design, fabrication, and erection of the structural supports for highway signs, luminaires, and traffic signals. This edition, developed by the AASHTO Highway Subcommittee on Bridges and Structures, supersedes the fifth edition, published in 2009, and its 2010 and 2011 interim revisions.

This publication is available both in print (Print Item Code: LTS-6) and as an online downloadable PDF (Online Download Item Code: LTS-6-UL) . The cost of the publication is $216, or $180 for AASHTO member organizations.
