With support from the Rockefeller Foundation, “Smart Growth America” and “Taxpayers for Common Sense” have collaborated to produce the report “Repair Priorities”. This report derives and presents strategies for addressing the deteriorated condition of the nation’s highway system brought about by years of neglect, inadequate funding, and poor business decisions.
