The Illinois Center for Transportation at the University of Illinois at Urbana / Champaign has released a report that evaluates the performance characteristics of new asphalt mixtures including new warm-mix asphalt, stone-matrix asphalt with recycled asphalt shingles, and asphalt mixtures containing alternate friction aggregates.
