Material Properties of Cold In-Place Recycled and Full-Depth Reclamation Asphalt Concrete for Pavement Design

TRB’s National Cooperative Highway Research Program (NCHRP) has issued a request for proposals to propose material properties and associated test methods and distress models for predicting the performance of pavement layers prepared with cold in-place recycled of asphalt concrete and full-depth reclamation of asphalt concrete with aggregate base and minimal amounts of sub-grade material using asphalt-based materials. Proposals are due November 16, 2011.
