Asphalt Materials and Mixtures 2011: Volume 4

TRB’s Transportation Research Record: Journal of the Transportation Research Board, No. 2210 consists of 14 papers that explore permanent deformation, confined dynamic modulus laboratory testing for asphalt concrete, confined dynamic modulus of asphalt mixtures, semi-rigid asphalt concretes, cracking performance in hot-mix asphalt mix design, and asphalt binders and mixtures containing poly-phosphoric acid.

This issue of the TRR also examines predictive models for estimating dynamic modulus of hot-mix asphalt in Oklahoma, crack resistance of hot-mix asphalt, permanent deformation model, fatigue behavior in bituminous mixes, nonuniform and three-dimensional contact stresses, flow number in asphalt mixtures, crack size distribution in asphalt mixtures, and evaluation of dynamic modulus predictive equations.
