Transportation TV released a new Voices of Transportation video this week, featuring Robert E. Skinner, Jr., Executive Director of the Transportation Research Board (TRB). Part of the National Academies of Sciences and Engineering, the TRB is a non-profit organization that promotes transportation innovation by sponsoring professional meetings and publications, administering applied research programs, and conducting policy studies in conjunction with a host of federal and state agency partners and dedicated volunteers. In this video, Mr. Skinner shares his views on the organization’s goals, successes, and future.
