The American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials has released the 32nd edition of Standard Specifications for Transportation Materials and Methods of Sampling and Testing (commonly known as the “Materials Book”) and the 2012 edition of the AASHTO Provisional Standards (bit.ly/MaterialsPub).
The new edition of the Materials Book contains 398 materials specifications, including 50 revised and six new specifications and test methods. The AASHTO Provisional Standards 2012 edition contains 62 provisional standards, including ten revised and four new standards.
The Materials Book and AASHTO Provisional Standards are available for purchase in print or as a single-user CD-ROM, which includes all of the information found in the four-volume Materials Book and the single-volume AASHTO Provisional Standards.
