INVEST: Sustainable Highways Self-Evaluation Tool

The U.S. Federal Highway Administration has released a new web-based self-assessment tool that is designed to help users consider sustainability through every phase of the transportation infrastructure life cycle; make more informed decisions with limited resources to balance economic, social, and environmental factors; and, assess unique transportation plans, projects, and programs.
