TRB’s National Cooperative Highway Research Program (NCHRP) has issued a request for proposals to develop a design and evaluation procedure that provides acceptable performance of asphalt mixtures incorporating warm-mix asphalt technologies and recycled asphalt shingles, with and without recycled asphalt pavement, for project-specific service conditions. Proposals are due November 14, 2012.
