TRB’s National Cooperative Highway Research Program (NCHRP) Synthesis Program has issued a request for letters of interest to synthesize information on methods used to forecast state and local governments’ gas and non-gas revenue sources for transportation programs; and on the methods used to forecast the governments’ use of non-gas revenue sources on transportation infrastructure investments.
