TRB’s National Cooperative Highway Research Program (NCHRP) Synthesis Program has issued a request for letters of interest to synthesize methodologies for establishing drainage structures design service life and material service life; developing definitions of the end-of-useful service life for culvert materials; and developing a catalog of models for determining service life of culvert materials.
