Review of FHWA’s Coordination, Guidance, and Oversight of the Tribal Transportation Program

The U.S. Department of Transportation’s Office of Inspector General has released a report that discusses the Federal Highway Administration’s (FHWA) oversight of the Tribal Transportation Program—a program that provides safe and adequate transportation and public road access to and within tribal lands and Alaska Native Villages.
