Development of Design Parameters for Virtual Cement and Concrete Testing

The Florida Department of Transportation has released a report that evaluates the extent to which a software package—the Virtual Concrete and Cement Testing Laboratory—can predict the performances of concrete mixes by using a computer simulation of the concrete’s hydration behavior.
