The U.S. House of Representatives’ Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure has released a report that examines public-private partnerships (P3s), including those across all modes of transportation, and makes recommendations for balancing the needs of the public and private sectors when using P3 projects to finance U.S. infrastructure.
