TR News November-December 2014: Turning Points

 

The full issue of TR News 295 is now available. This edition features articles that examine pivotal periods in transportation research, including a feature article that examines the contributions of the nine TRB Executive Directors, including Robert E. Skinner, Jr., who retired in January 2015 after 21 years at TRB’s helm.
