The U.S. Congressional Budget Office has released a cost estimate that projects costs of the Surface Transportation and Veterans Health Care Choice Improvement Act of 2015—legislation that would provide an extension of federal-aid transportation programs funded by the Highway Trust Fund for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs’ health care services.
