Drilled Shaft Resistance Based on Diameter, Torque and Crowd (Drilling Resistance vs. Rock Strength) Phase II

The Florida Department of Transportation has released a report that evaluates Florida limestone’s unconfined compressive strength through several drilling parameters – crowd, torque, penetration rate, rotational speed, and bit diameter – in both laboratory and field tests of a shaft’s side shear.
