TRB’s National Cooperative Highway Research Program (NCHRP) has issued a request for proposals to to develop more comprehensive guidelines in AASHTO standard format for the application of roadway lighting related to the widespread adoption of solid-state lighting. Proposals are due January 4, 2017.
