The latest edition of Research Pays Off included in the November–December 2014 edition of the TR News explores how the Nebraska Department of Transportation applied a precast concrete deck system to improve constructability and cost-effectiveness.Research Pays Off is a regular series highlighted in TRB’s bimonthly magazine, TR News.
