Georgia DOT Tests Highly Modified Binder at Problem Intersection

The Georgia DOT is using a highly polymer-modified, asphalt binder to correct rutting and shoving of the pavement at an intersection.  A description of the project appears in the October 2010 edition of “Dixie Contractor” magazine and is presented with the permission of the publisher, Associated Construction Publications.
