Gov. John Lynch announced Tuesday he will nominate Chris Clement to serve as commissioner of the New Hampshire Department of Transportation. The Executive Council must confirm the nomination.Clement currently works as director of the New Hampshire Office of Economic Stimulus. Prior to that role, Clement was deputy commissioner and chief operating officer at NHDOT.
