TRB’s National Cooperative Highway Research Program (NCHRP) has issued a request for proposals to develop a recommended revision to the current de-bonding provisions found within the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) Load Resistance Factor Design (LRFD) Bridge Design Specifications and the AASHTO LRFD Bridge Construction Specifications. Proposals are due November 17, 2011.
