Every Day Counts Exchange #5 – Adaptive Signal Control Technology: Managing Risks, Achieving Objectives

As part of the Every Day Counts (EDC) initiative, the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), in cooperation with the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT), is hosting the EDC Exchange. This program is a new outreach and training effort. The program is designed to connect local and tribal transportation officials across the United States with each other, the FHWA, State Departments of Transportation, and other stakeholders involved in deploying EDC initiatives. For more information, visit: www.fhwa.dot.gov/everydaycounts.

The EDC Exchange consists of five sessions, each covering a different EDC initiative. These sessions mix web broadcasts with live discussions.  Participants will view the presentations and broadcasts from a conference room provided by MDOT or a local agency. After each broadcast, there will be time for discussion, followed by a national question and answer forum.  Each session will be up to three hours in length.
