New Website, New Look for AASHTOWare

AASHTO News, 14 November 2012

WASHINGTON D.C. – The American Association of State Highway and Transportation (AASHTO), announces the re-branding of the software product line under its AASHTOWare technical service program.

AASHTOWare is an industry leader in the development of powerful and flexible software products for designing and managing transportation infrastructure projects.

In an effort to make the online experience of our clients more user-friendly, AASHTOWare has developed a bold new website to accompany the organization’s re-branded look and logo: www.AASHTOWare.org. The new website replaces jargon with copy written in common terms, and new and existing products have been combined in a fresh, cohesive, color-coded design making navigation simpler. Users can find what they need faster and easier.

“The new website is the culmination of a full re-branding we’ve undertaken to streamline and improve what we do,” said Jan Edwards, AASHTOWare project director. “New and frequent visitors to the website can find the information they need and gain a better understanding of AASHTOWare and its many products.”

Transportation agencies and consulting firms in all 50 states and Canada, as well as the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and numerous counties and cities, use AASHTOWare to help them meet these everyday demands:

  • Increased confidence in government when governments are under great scrutiny;
  • Effective project management – on time and on budget;
  • Sustained safety standards for design and construction; and
  • Effective use of technology to minimize costs associated with the delivery of transportation programs.

As long as there is a need for the efficient and effective movement of people, goods, and services, transportation systems must be continually maintained and enhanced, and the demands on government for responsible management will continue. AASHTOWare offers a cost-effective solution to meeting these demands.
