TRB’s National Cooperative Highway Research Program (NCHRP) has issued a request for proposals to propose revisions to the American Association of State Transportation Officials Load and Resistance Factor Design (LRFD) Bridge Design Specifications minimum flexural reinforcement provisions. Proposals are due January 22, 2013.
