The Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) has released a report that evaluates the performance properties of approved WSDOT concrete mixtures and compares them to relevant provisions within the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials’ (AASHTO) Load and Resistance Factor Design specifications.
