TRB’s National Cooperative Highway Research Program has issued a request for proposals to revise the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) Manual on Subsurface Investigations by synthesizing current practices and advancements for geotechnical subsurface investigations. Proposals are due January 9, 2014.
