On May 15, 2014, the U.S. Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation’s Subcommittee on Surface Transportation, and Merchant Marine Infrastructure, Safety, and Security held a hearing to explore the reauthorization of surface transportation programs and the impacts of transportation investments on states, local communities, and system users.
