TRB’s National Cooperative Highway Research Program (NCHRP) has issued a request for proposals to assess the experience of selected agencies using transportation asset management systems and develop agency guidance for estimating the return on investment for adopting or expanding transportation asset management systems. Proposals are due by November 12, 2014.
