TRB’s National Cooperative Highway Research Program (NCHRP) has issued a request for proposals to develop a guide that identifies tools and techniques to combine risk analysis, constructability reviews, value engineering, and other processes for improving project outcomes. Proposals are due by February 12, 2015.
