TRB’s National Cooperative Highway Research Program (NCHRP) has released a request for proposals to produce a guidebook that presents effective practices for establishing and implementing alternative technical concepts (ATCs) in project delivery methods. The guidebook should adhere to the standard format of the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO). Proposals are due November 29, 2016.
