TRB’s National Cooperative Research Program (NCHRP) has issued a request for proposals to assist state transportation departments and other entities in achieving a resilience-focused culture in their organization. The project will develop a Transportation Resilience Guide and Toolkit (with associated model curricula) and a national summit and peer exchange on transportation resiliency. Proposals are due March 15, 2017.
