Use of Transportation Asset Management Principles in State Highway Agencies

TRB’s National Cooperative Highway Research Program (NCHRP) is seeking expressions of interest from consultants interested in producing a state-of-the-practice synthesis that documents the more recent efforts agencies have made to shift their organizational cultures to support performance-based decisions that consider long-term investment options based on quality data. Expressions of interest by consultants are due by August 12, 2011.
