AASHTO President Susan Martinovich announced this week that Barry Schoch, secretary of the Pennsylvania DOT and chair of the Pennsylvania State Transportation Commission, has been selected to serve as chair of the AASHTO Standing Committee on Highways’ Subcommittee on Design.
