RFP: Defining the Boundary Conditions for Composite Behavior of Geosynthetic Reinforced Soil (GRS) Structures

TRB’s National Cooperative Highway Research Program (NCHRP) has issued a request for proposals to determine the boundary conditions for composite behavior of geosynthetic reinforced soil abutments and incorporate results of this research into the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) Load and Resistance Factor Design (LRFD) specifications. Proposals are due January 14, 2014.
