TRB’s National Cooperative Highway Research Program (NCHRP) has re-issued a request for proposals to identify the characteristics of the entrained air void system required for freeze-thaw durability of highway concrete, and develop test methods for measuring these characteristics and evaluating freeze-thaw durability. Proposals are due by March 31, 2015.
