LOI: Life Cycle Cost Analysis of Preservation and Replacement of Highway Assets

TRB’s National Cooperative Highway Research Program (NCHRP) Synthesis Program has issued a request for letters of interest to create an inventory of quantitative asset-level or project-level models for predicting the life cycle costs associated with preservation and replacement activities on the full range of highway assets. These costs may include agency, user, and non-user stakeholder costs. They may be associated with condition, risk, mobility, safety, or any other quantifiable aspect of transportation system performance.

Information on consultants letters of interest, qualifications, and the submission process are available online at http://www.trb.org/SynthesisPrograms/NewTopicsNCHRP.aspx.

Letters of interest are due by August 15, 2014.
