INDOT Submits SEP-14 Application

FHWA Weekly Consolidated Report, 19 December 2014

The Indiana Department of Transportation submitted a SEP-14 application for the delivery of two Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts on December 3. One million dollars has been budgeted to fund these preventive maintenance contracts in accordance with the state’s bridge and pavement preventive maintenance programs, known as the Bridge and Culvert Preservation Initiative (BCPI) and the Pavement Preservation Initiative (PPI) respectively. The initial SEP-14 application is to deliver a pilot IDIQ contract in one of the state’s six districts. Working closely with INDOT, the (FHWA) Indiana Division has reviewed the application. Ongoing collaboration with INDOT will finalize details of contract administration and oversight. Consultant procurement is underway with contract development slated to begin upon SEP-14 approval.
